- Days 1 to 30
Foundation before activity
Get licensed and insured, set up your CRM, write your contact list and get one-on-one training on sales conversations, forms, viewings, open houses, inspections and listing appointments.
- Days 31 to 60
Activity, with someone checking in
A daily conversation target, every contact logged, open houses, your first appointments and a weekly check-in sheet to track what’s working.
- Days 61 to 90
First deals, and habits that stick
Work your first clients with your broker reviewing every form, keep your contacts warm, and set up the follow-up, prospecting and savings habits you’ll keep for years.
The one rule running through all of it: keep working your centre of influence. The people who already know you are where most first deals come from, and the agents who last stay in touch with them every week.

Common questions
- Who is the 90-day plan for?
- Newly licensed agents in Nova Scotia, and people finishing the licensing course who want to know what the first three months actually look like. Experienced agents switching brokerages can use the systems section as a reset.
- Do I need to be with Century 21 Optimum Realty to use it?
- No. It is the plan new agents at C21 Optimum work through, but the steps apply at any brokerage. Where it mentions one-on-one training, ask your own broker for the same.
- Will the plan tell me how much I will earn?
- No. Income depends on your market, your hours and your brokerage split. The plan explains why commission often arrives months after the work, so you can plan for it.
